The Daffodils whisper spring is here

Yesterday was a bustling Saturday at Cafe Marie where I was selling Daffodil arrangements. It’s official, we can all breathe a collective sigh of relief that another winter has passed and the juicy life full heat of summer is imminent.

Here on the farm the daffodils started blooming this past week, and what a joy they are to witness. Daffodils, service berry branches, birch branches, and willow were used to make up these delightful jars. I was selling alongside Britt who was selling a plethora of delicious baked goods, lemon berry square, chocolate cake, strawberry cake. I can personally confirm everything she brought was absolutely delicious.

Thanks so much to everyone that made a purchase yesterday. I sold just over half of what I brought, and was able to give away the remaining arrangements to the residents of a long term care home. This would not be possible without your support and I am so grateful.
